In 1961, Chaska Chemical was incorporated in Minnesota, focusing on manufacturing dishwashing detergents for the institutional markets. With continual growth, Chaska Chemical evolved into a trusted chemical and value-added service supplier within the vegetable and protein markets.
In 1971, ProChemicals began operating in Green Bay, WI as a leader of barn cleaning, udder care chemistries and equipment for the animal health & dairy farm markets. As the food industry grew in Wisconsin in late 1970s, ProChemicals expanded its services to support the cleaning & sanitation of dairy, protein and food processing customers. With this growth, the success continued with the same unmatched levels of customer service.
January of 2002, ProChemicals was purchased by Doug Storhoff. Doug Storhoff (Solo owner of ProActive Solutions) has dedicated his entire career to the chemical industry; spending 40+ successful years in the industry.
In 2012, Chaska Chemical Company – Savage, MN, was acquired by ProChemicals, and ProActive Solutions USA, LLC was formed.
